TwoBucket vs ServiceLink for mobile detailers

Both cost $20/mo. ServiceLink fits detailers who want booked times, deposits and Tap to Pay; TwoBucket fits those who quote from condition and photos.

ServiceLink and TwoBucket are both built for mobile detailers and both cost $20 a month, but they work differently. ServiceLink lets customers book a time and pay a deposit, with built-in payments and Tap to Pay. TwoBucket takes a detailed request — vehicle condition, photos, preferred date — that you review and quote before anything is confirmed.

We make TwoBucket. The ServiceLink facts in this post come from its pricing page and its App Store listing, checked November 3, 2026. The TwoBucket facts are current as of the same date.

ServiceLink or TwoBucket: the short answer

Choose ServiceLink if…

  • You want customers to book a time themselves.
  • You need to collect deposits at the time of booking.
  • You want Tap to Pay with built-in payments.
  • You want to try the tool for free before committing, since ServiceLink is free for your first five appointments.

  • You quote each job individually and want estimates, approvable quotes, and invoices in one place, with card payments through your own Stripe or Square account (US businesses).
  • You want automated rebooking reminders, review request emails, and ready-made marketing pieces like door hangers, business cards, and flyers with QR codes.
  • You want your booking page to work in 15 languages and 36 currencies, and to sync visits to Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud.
  • You want a flat monthly price with every feature included.

What ServiceLink does that TwoBucket doesn’t

ServiceLink lets customers book a time themselves. It also takes deposits at the point of booking, so the customer has paid something before you drive to the job. And it has built-in payments with Tap to Pay. TwoBucket does not offer time-slot booking, deposits or Tap to Pay.

ServiceLink’s free tier for your first five appointments also means you can run real jobs through the system before spending anything. TwoBucket offers a 7-day free trial with no card.

What TwoBucket does differently

TwoBucket treats every booking as a request, not a confirmed appointment. The customer picks their vehicle type from pictures — or enters make, model, and year — then checks off condition details like pet hair, stains, odor, sand, heavy dirt, mold, food, or grease. They can attach photos and notes. You see all of this before you set a price or confirm a time.

From that request, TwoBucket’s editor builds an estimate with the customer’s chosen services already priced by vehicle type. You can adjust, then send it as an estimate, a quote the customer approves online, or an invoice — by text from your own phone, by email, or as a link. Each service can show a fixed price, a starting price, a range, or no price, and when every chosen service has a price, the customer sees an estimate before sending the request.

For card payments, US businesses connect their own Stripe or Square account. Invoices show a Pay button, and the money goes directly to you. TwoBucket adds no processing fee on top of what Stripe or Square charges. You can also mark an invoice paid by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, bank transfer, or check.

Scheduling includes working hours, notice periods, and time windows. When you confirm a visit, the customer gets a visit page with the details, an add-to-calendar link, and a way to call or text you. An automated reminder email goes out the day before, and a text goes out when the customer agreed to texts and has a US mobile number. Visits sync to Google Calendar, Outlook, or iCloud.

After a job, TwoBucket can send a review request by text or email. You choose which reviews appear on your booking page, and customers can also post directly to Google. Rebooking reminder emails go out 1, 2, 3 or 6 months after the last visit.

Each detailer gets a booking page at bookr.page/their-business that fits in an Instagram bio, a Google Business Profile, or on a website as an embedded page, pop-up button, floating button, or link. The page works in 15 languages and 36 currencies, with six color themes. TwoBucket also generates 12 print and social marketing pieces — business cards, door hangers, flyers, gift certificates and more — each with a QR code whose scans show up in your booking page stats.

TwoBucket tracks before-and-after photos on each job, has a job timer, and an Earnings view showing jobs, average job value, time on jobs, earnings per hour, and tips, all exportable as CSV. You can store up to five vehicles per customer, and your customer list builds automatically from requests.

ServiceLink and TwoBucket prices

Both tools cost $20 a month. The difference is in what that twenty dollars covers and how you start.

ServiceLink is free for your first five appointments, then $20 a month for Pro. That makes it easy to test with real customers at zero cost.

TwoBucket is $20 a month, or $191.64 a year ($15.97 a month). Every feature is included on the one plan: requests with vehicle condition and photos, estimates, quotes, invoices, card payments through your Stripe or Square account (US businesses), calendar sync, rebooking reminders, review requests, and the 12 marketing pieces. There is a seven-day free trial with no card required.

TwoBucket has no setup fee, and you can cancel anytime.

Questions

Is TwoBucket a good ServiceLink alternative for a mobile detailer?

It depends on how you price and schedule work. If you want customers to book a confirmed time and pay a deposit upfront, ServiceLink is a more direct fit. If you want to see each vehicle’s condition and photos before you commit to a price or a time, TwoBucket is built around that workflow. Both cost the same $20 a month.

Can I collect deposits with TwoBucket?

No. TwoBucket does not take deposits. If you need deposits, ServiceLink offers them.

Does TwoBucket have Tap to Pay?

No. TwoBucket handles card payments through your connected Stripe or Square account, with a Pay button on invoices. It does not offer Tap to Pay. ServiceLink includes built-in Tap to Pay.

Do I need the TwoBucket iPhone app to use it?

No. TwoBucket works in any phone’s or computer’s browser. The iPhone and Android apps are optional and included in the plan. They add push notifications so you can open a new request straight from the alert.
