The best alternative depends on why you are looking. If Jobber costs more than you need for a one- or two-van operation, TwoBucket ($20/mo) or ServiceLink (free for your first five appointments, then $20/mo) give you booking and quoting at a fraction of the price. If you want software built around vehicles and detailing workflows, DETAILERMADE and Urable are purpose-built. If you need a general field-service platform, Housecall Pro is the closest match to Jobber’s feature set.
We make TwoBucket, and it is one of the alternatives on this list. Every fact below comes from each company’s own pages, checked November 3, 2026.
Why mobile detailers look past Jobber
Three differences matter for a mobile detailer.
Price for what a solo detailer actually uses. Jobber’s Core plan is $49 a month for one user and does not include automated reminders. Reminders start on Connect at $139 a month. If you add a helper, that is another $29 a month per user.
No vehicle fields. Jobber has no vehicle fields built in. You can add custom questions instead.
Built for many trades. Jobber is field service software for many trades, with an auto detailing page rather than a product made only for detailers.
When Jobber is still the right choice
If you run a multi-trade operation or a larger detailing company with several users, Jobber’s depth makes sense. Its iPhone app has roughly 21,000 ratings at 4.8 stars. Detailers who already have Jobber wired into their workflow and need features like deposits on quotes by card or ACH may find the switching cost is not worth it.

The alternatives
TwoBucket
TwoBucket is booking and quote software built only for mobile detailers. One plan at $20 a month (or $15.97/mo paid yearly) includes a booking page, quote and invoice editor, card payments, automated reminders, rebooking reminder emails, review requests, and job tracking with before-and-after photos. When a customer sends a request, they pick their vehicle type from pictures or enter make, model, and year; describe its condition; attach photos; choose services and add-ons; and pick a preferred date and time window. Nothing is booked until the detailer confirms, and there are no deposits. Card payments are for US businesses through your own Stripe or Square account, and TwoBucket takes no fee on top of the processor’s rates.
Good for: A solo detailer or small team that wants vehicle-aware booking, quoting, and payments at a low monthly cost.
Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro is field-service software for home service businesses, with a page for auto detailing. The Basic plan is $79 a month for one user and includes online booking, estimates, invoicing, payments, a price book, and review management. Card processing starts at 2.59 percent, and bank payments are 1 percent. Online booking can take a deposit or full payment. Its pricing page does not say which plan includes appointment reminders. Its detailing page does not show vehicle-specific fields. The iPhone app has roughly 31,000 ratings at 4.7 stars, and a 14-day trial requires no card.
Good for: A detailer who also runs other home services (or plans to) and wants one platform for all of it at a higher monthly cost.
Urable
Urable is made for automotive shops that do detailing, PPF, tint, and coatings. Plans start at $70 a month (Express) per location, with Pro at $120 and Enterprise at $220 on monthly billing. All plans include VIN scan and photo inspections. Pro adds online booking, custom lead forms, deposits, and CARFAX. Online booking lets customers book a time or send a request. Urable has its own payments or works with Stripe or Square. Its terms of service set a 12-month initial term unless the order form says otherwise, so read carefully before signing. The iPhone app has 277 ratings at 4.81 stars.
Good for: A shop or mobile operation that does PPF, tint, or coatings alongside detailing and wants VIN scan and photo inspections built in.
DETAILERMADE
DETAILERMADE is built for detailers in the US. The Essential plan at $19 a month lets customers book an available time slot and pay by card. The Choice plan at $99 a month adds estimate requests with condition questions (pet hair, stains) and photos, plus deposits. Exclusive is $199 a month. Card processing is 2.99 percent plus 30 cents, plus 30 cents per payout. It also has crew tools such as payroll and quality checks. A 7-day trial requires no card. The iPhone app has 68 ratings at 3.88 stars.
Good for: A detailer who wants condition-based quoting and deposits and is willing to pay $99 a month to get them, especially if crew payroll and quality checks matter.
ServiceLink
ServiceLink is made for mobile detailers. It is free for your first five appointments, and Pro is $20 a month. Customers can book a time and pay a deposit. Built-in payments include Tap to Pay, and the app supports quotes. ServiceLink does not advertise vehicle condition or photo collection with the booking. The iPhone app has 38 ratings at 4.74 stars.
Good for: A detailer just starting out who wants the first five appointments free and a low-cost paid plan with deposits and Tap to Pay.
QuoteIQ
QuoteIQ serves contractors across more than 50 industries and has pages for mobile detailing. The Essentials plan is $29.99 a month. Request forms and text and email automation start on Pro at $199.99 a month. Self-scheduling (InstaSchedule) and instant customer-facing pricing (InstaQuote) require Elite at $299.99 a month. Card and ACH payments run through Stripe or Whop, but the pricing page does not list processing fees. On Elite, InstaQuote lets customers add up to 6 photos and a note and puts your deposit on the quote. A 14-day trial requires a credit or debit card. The iPhone app has 3,445 ratings at 4.72 stars.
Good for: A detailer or multi-trade contractor who wants instant quotes and self-scheduling and is prepared to pay for the Elite plan to get those features.
Questions
What is the best Jobber alternative for a mobile detailer?
It depends on the reason you are looking. If price is the issue, DETAILERMADE Essential ($19/mo), TwoBucket ($20/mo) and ServiceLink (free for five appointments, then $20/mo) cost the least. If you want vehicle-specific workflows like VIN scans and photo inspections, Urable has them on every plan. If you want condition-based quoting and crew tools built for detailers, DETAILERMADE covers that, with estimate requests on Choice ($99/mo). If you want a general field-service platform comparable to Jobber, Housecall Pro is the closest match. There is no single best answer for everyone.
Can I accept card payments with these alternatives?
TwoBucket lets US businesses connect their own Stripe or Square account with no additional TwoBucket fee. DETAILERMADE processes cards at 2.99 percent plus 30 cents, plus 30 cents per payout. Housecall Pro starts at 2.59 percent for cards. ServiceLink has built-in payments with Tap to Pay. Urable has its own payments or works with Stripe or Square. QuoteIQ runs payments through Stripe or Whop but does not list fees on its pricing page. Jobber itself charges 2.9 percent plus 30 cents.
Do any of these alternatives collect vehicle details and condition from the customer?
TwoBucket collects vehicle type or make, model, and year, plus a condition checklist (pet hair, stains, odor, sand, heavy dirt, mold, food, grease) and photos in its request form. DETAILERMADE’s Choice plan ($99/mo) includes condition questions and photos. Urable includes VIN scan and photo inspections on all plans. ServiceLink does not advertise vehicle condition or photos with the booking, QuoteIQ’s InstaQuote (Elite) takes up to 6 photos and a note, and Housecall Pro’s detailing page shows no vehicle fields.
