Billing questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. Your 7-day trial starts when you create an account. Add a payment method only when you subscribe.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your booking page stops accepting new requests and changes can’t be saved until you subscribe. Requests you already received stay available.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan in your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Do my customers pay anything?
No. Customers send requests for free, and TwoBucket does not charge them.
Does TwoBucket take a fee on card payments?
No. Card payments go to your own Stripe or Square account, which charges its usual processing fee. Card payments through TwoBucket are for US businesses.
