QuoteIQ is broad contractor software that spans more than 50 industries. Its self-booking and instant quoting features live on the Elite plan at $299.99 a month, and even request forms require Pro at $199.99 a month. TwoBucket is built only for mobile detailers, and its single $20 a month plan includes request forms with vehicle condition and photos, quotes, invoices, card payments (US businesses) and reminders. If you run several trades and want customers to book and price jobs themselves, QuoteIQ fits. If you are a mobile detailer who wants a booking page, quotes and low overhead, TwoBucket costs a fraction.
We make TwoBucket. The QuoteIQ facts here come from its pricing page at myquoteiq.com/pricing, checked November 3, 2026.
QuoteIQ or TwoBucket: the short answer
Choose QuoteIQ if…
- You run a contracting business that covers several trades and need one platform for all of them.
- You want customers to book themselves (InstaSchedule) and get an instant price (InstaQuote), and the $299.99 a month Elite plan fits your budget.
- You already use QuoteIQ’s text and email automation on Pro or Elite and it is working for you.
Choose TwoBucket if…
- You work alone or run one or two vans and want software made for detailing, not software for many trades.
- You want request forms that collect the vehicle type, its condition (pet hair, stains, odor, sand and more), photos and notes, all on a $20 a month plan.
- You want to try the software without entering a credit card first.
- You need quotes, invoices and card payments through your own Stripe or Square account with no fee from TwoBucket (US businesses).
- You want a booking page that works in 15 languages and 36 currencies, with built-in review requests and marketing materials like business cards, door hangers and flyers.

What QuoteIQ does that TwoBucket doesn’t
QuoteIQ’s Elite plan lets a customer book their own time slot through InstaSchedule and get a price instantly through InstaQuote, without waiting for the detailer to respond. InstaQuote also lets the customer add up to 6 photos and a note, and puts your deposit on the quote. TwoBucket sends every request to the detailer first; nothing is booked until you confirm. If your volume is high enough that instant self-booking and automatic pricing pay for themselves at $299.99 a month, that is a real advantage.
QuoteIQ also covers more than 50 industries. A business that handles detailing alongside other contracting work can keep everything in one system. TwoBucket is detailing-only and does not try to be anything else.

What TwoBucket does differently
TwoBucket’s request form is built around how detailing jobs actually get priced. The customer picks their vehicle from pictures or enters their make, model and year. They check off condition issues — pet hair, stains, odor, sand, heavy dirt, mold, food, grease — and can attach photos and notes. Each service can show a fixed price, a starting price, a range or no price, broken out by vehicle type. When every selected service has a price, the customer sees an estimate before they send the request. All of that is on the $20 plan.
From the request, you build an estimate, quote or invoice with the services already priced. Quotes go to the customer for online approval. Invoices show a Pay button when you connect your Stripe or Square account (US businesses). TwoBucket adds no fee on top of what Stripe or Square charges. You can also mark an invoice paid by cash, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, bank transfer or check.
Every detailer gets a booking page at bookr.page/your-business. It embeds on your website, works as a pop-up or floating button, and drops into an Instagram bio or Google Business Profile. The page works in 15 languages and 36 currencies with six color themes. TwoBucket also generates 12 print and social marketing pieces — business cards, door hangers, flyers, gift certificates and more — each with a QR code that is tracked in your booking page stats.
After a visit, you can send a review request by text or email. You choose which reviews appear on your page, and customers can also post directly to Google. Rebooking reminder emails go out 1, 2, 3 or 6 months after the last visit. Each job has before and after photos and a timer, and Earnings shows your jobs, average job value, time on jobs, earnings per hour and tips, all exportable as CSV.
The app runs on iPhone and Android, with push notifications. TwoBucket also works in any phone or computer browser, so the app is optional.
QuoteIQ and TwoBucket prices
QuoteIQ’s Essentials plan is $29.99 a month, but it does not include request forms, text and email automation, self-booking or instant quotes. Request forms and automation start on Pro at $199.99 a month. Self-booking (InstaSchedule) and instant quoting (InstaQuote) require Elite at $299.99 a month, or $2,999.99 a year. The 14-day trial requires a credit or debit card.
TwoBucket has one plan at $20 a month, or $191.64 a year ($15.97 a month). It includes every feature: request forms with vehicle condition and photos, quotes, invoices, card payments (US businesses), reminders, review requests, marketing materials and the app. The 7-day trial needs no card. There is no setup fee and you can cancel anytime.
To put it plainly: what QuoteIQ charges $199.99 a month for — request forms and automated messages — TwoBucket includes for $20 a month. Of what QuoteIQ charges $299.99 a month for, TwoBucket has no self-booking or deposits, but customers see an estimate before sending when every chosen service has a price.
Card payment fees through QuoteIQ’s Stripe or Whop integration are not listed on its pricing page. With TwoBucket, US businesses connect their own Stripe or Square account and pay only Stripe’s or Square’s standard processing fees. TwoBucket takes nothing on top.
Questions
Is TwoBucket a good QuoteIQ alternative for a mobile detailer?
Yes, if you do not need customers to book a time themselves. TwoBucket gives you a detailing-specific request form with vehicle type, condition, photos and a running estimate, plus quotes, invoices and card payments (US businesses), for $20 a month instead of $199.99 or $299.99. It is built for your trade and priced for a solo operator.
Can customers book a time slot themselves on TwoBucket?
No. Customers send a request with their preferred date and one of your time windows. You review it and confirm the visit. QuoteIQ offers self-booking through InstaSchedule on its Elite plan at $299.99 a month.
Does TwoBucket charge a fee on card payments?
No. US businesses connect their own Stripe or Square account. Stripe or Square charges their standard processing fees, and TwoBucket adds nothing on top. QuoteIQ processes payments through Stripe or Whop, but its pricing page does not list the processing fees.
Do I need to enter a credit card to try either tool?
QuoteIQ’s 14-day trial requires a credit or debit card. TwoBucket’s 7-day trial does not.
