How to Send a Car Detailing Quote Customers Can Approve · TwoBucket

Turn a customer's request into a car detailing quote they approve online. The request already has the car, its condition and the services they picked. Add a price for each item, add pet hair removal for a dirty interior, and send the quote by email, by text from your phone, or as a link.

Steps

Open Requests and click the request.
Click Create quote. The services the customer picked are already in.
Type a price for anything without one.
Click Add item for extras, like pet hair removal.
Click Save and send, then pick Send by email, Text from your phone or Copy link.
Your customer opens the quote and clicks Approve quote.

In this video you’ll learn how to send a car detailing quote in TwoBucket that your customer can approve online. From the sidebar, click Requests. Click the top request, from Jordan Lee. He asked for Full detailing and Headlight restoration. The vehicle condition is Pet hair, and his note says two dogs, lots of hair in the back seats. Click Create quote.

It opens as a Quote, a firm price, with his services already added. Click Headlight restoration. It has no price yet, so type sixty dollars and click Done. Because of the dog hair, click Add item, type pet hair in the search, and click Pet hair removal. Click Done. Type forty dollars and click Done again. The total is now two hundred eighty dollars. Click Save and send.

There’s Text from your phone, Send by email, and Copy link. Click Send by email. The row changes to Email on its way. Click Done. The request is now Contacted, and the quote card says Sent.

Here’s the customer’s view from the email. Click Approve quote as the customer. The quote now shows Approved. Thanks for watching. Once a customer approves, you can schedule the visit.
